Command Usage
See “Configuring IGMP Snooping and Query Parameters” on page 3-171 for a
description of the displayed items.
Example
The following shows the current IGMP snooping configuration:
show mac-address-table multicast
This command shows known multicast addresses.
Syntax
show mac-address-table multicast [vlan vlan-id] [user | igmp-snooping]
• vlan-id - VLAN ID (1 to 4093)
• user - Display only the user-configured multicast entries.
• igmp-snooping - Display only entries learned through IGMP snooping.
Default Setting
None

Command Usage
Member types displayed include IGMP or USER, depending on selected
options.
Example
The following shows the multicast entries learned through IGMP snooping for
VLAN 1:
Console#show ip igmp snooping
Service status: Enabled
Querier status: Disabled
Query count: 2
Query interval: 125 sec
Query max response time: 10 sec
Router port expire time: 300 sec
IGMP snooping version: Version 2
